What we do in Yoga with Scoliosis programs is that we use Yoga Asanas (postures) to work on the muscles to feel more aligned in the body. We also work on breathing techniques to feel more aligned internally & explore how to adjust in daily activities to avoid pain and discomfort.

Live interview with Hend Wahsh Hend Wahsh is a certified multi-style yoga teacher and specialized in Yoga for Scoliosis and Back Care based in Egypt. She’s a Scoliosis warrior, was diagnosed at the age of 11 so she understands the emotional and physical pain of living with Scoliosis. She found serenity & remedy in Yoga where it helped her to manage the pain and accepting the body as it is. She tapped into the world of yoga in 2012, and has been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. She was introduced to Yoga for Scoliosis in late 2019 and since then she has transformed her practice to suit her curve.
