Welcome to a practice that offers so much more than just temporary symptom relief

A structural assessment and movement based therapy process designed to address scoliosis, chronic pain, structural imbalances and nervous system regulation.

My goal is to help you find lasting comfort in your body, rather than just a temporary fix. By blending advanced biomechanics with deep nervous system care, we will work side-by-side to create real change. Together, you will gain:

A Lifelong Toolkit:

A highly specific, bespoke 5 to 15-minute home care routine that fits seamlessly into your daily schedule.

How It Works: Your Pathway to Alignment

Because true structural change requires re-educating how your brain communicates with your muscles, our collaboration follows a highly structured, supportive, and active pathway.

Begin Your Journey with a Free 15-Minute Exploration Call:

Step 1: The 15-Minute Exploration Call (Complimentary)

We connect to discuss your structural goals and ensure my methodology is the right fit for your body.

Step 2: Confidential Intake & History (Pre-Session)

You submit a comprehensive medical and lifestyle history form prior to our first in-person meeting.

Step 3: Initial Assessment & Strategy Session (1.5 to 2 Hours)

A deep-dive visual and movement evaluation of your posture, spine, and breathing mechanics.

Step 4: Your Custom Home Self-Care Routine:

You receive your foundational biomechanical correctives and self-applied myofascial release protocols which may include all or some of the following:

  • Biomechanical corrective positions and active movements.

  • Self-applied myofascial release protocols.

  • Neurological breathing techniques and mindfulness elements to calm your nervous system.

In our subsequent sessions, we review and evaluate Subsequent 45 to 90-minute sessions to track your structural adjustments and evolve your independent toolkit.

Step 5: Follow Up & Progression:

Clinical Specializations & Targeted Conditions

I look at the body as an interconnected system rather than treating isolated symptoms. By combining advanced clinical biomechanics with deep, self-applied fascial work, I successfully address complex conditions that traditional methods often miss.

Comprehensive Conditions I Work On:

  • I help clients uncover and address complex structural conditions and movement patterns that are often overlooked in conventional approaches:

    • Structural & Chronic Pain

    • Scoliosis, body asymmetries, and pelvic imbalances.

    • Hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).

    • Recurring joint and spine injuries.

    • Chronic conditions like Fibromyalgia and Arthritis.

  • Because physical tension is often tied to our broader well-being, I use movement and breath-based tools to gently support your nervous system to help you manage:

    • Neurological: TBI, MS, Parkinson's, Migraines.

    • Mental Health: PTSD, Anxiety, Chronic Fatigue.

    • Women's Health: PCOS, Endometriosis, Menopause.

    • Digestive/Respiratory: IBS, Asthma, COPD.

    • Chronic Illness Support: Cancer recovery, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Lupus, and thyroid imbalances.
