BACK CARE YOGA CLASSES
Posture Alignment classes
Many of us may have suffered from back pain at one point in their lives. Good posture is the foundation of a pain free back and Yoga is well known to correct the posture by bringing awareness to common posture patterns like where you are holding tension and where you have imbalances that can attribute to back pain. This class is a gentle form of Hatha & Restorative yoga where we bring consciousness to the misalignment of the body and use this awareness to correct the posture and reduce back pain.
These classes can be offered online or in person and suitable for complete beginners.
You should consult your doctor before attending this class if you have any serious back/spine problem.
YOGA FOR SCOLIOSIS CLASSES

These classes are one hour long classes based on Hatha, restorative and Iyengar yoga styles which combines yoga props to bring back the sense of alignment in the body. During the class, we work on different yoga postures that aim to release, mobilize, strengthen and lengthen.

Hatha Vinyasa Classes
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class combines two different disciplines.
Hatha; which is the foundation of all types of yoga and is a gentle form of yoga. Vinyasa Yoga class is more dynamic.
The combination between the 2 will provide you with a class that is dynamic yet slow paced where you will take your time between each pose and learn how to transition between them. The classes also cover some meditations, breathing exercises & relaxation.
