YOGA WITH SCOLIOSIS PROGRAMS

Having Scoliosis doesn’t mean you can’t live your life in a normal way!
I help you to bring back the sense of alignment in the body and to help you alleviate the pain and live a healthy and fulfilling life with Scoliosis.
During the programs, I explain in details what is Scoliosis, what are the different types and how to work with each. I will also assess the type of Scoliosis you have and what it means for your body to understand how to work on the weaknesses/ misalignments caused by Scoliosis.
We use Yoga Asanas (postures) to work on the muscles and work on some breathing techniques to feel more aligned internally & explore how to adjust in daily activities to avoid pain and discomfort.
I offer 2 types of programs:
A one-day workshop "Get to know your curve" which is intended to introduce you to yoga for scoliosis practice and how to adjust your yoga practice based on your curve.
A 3 weeks program, "Transform your life" workshop where you will get to know your curve and develop your home routine to practice daily at home.
So these programs will be a life changing experience for you and not just a regular yoga class!
