Posture Alignment classes. A gentle form of Hatha & Restorative yoga to correct posture and reduce back pain.
ENERGIZE & RECHARGE GROUP CLASSES
A dynamic yet slow paced class where you will take your time between each pose and learn how to transition between them.
BACK CARE GROUP CLASSES
Suitable for complete beginners. Can be beneficial if you have Scoliosis but you need to be aware of your curves and the adjustments needed for your own curve to get the best out of these classes.

Hendouse (Hend Wahsh) is a Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher and the First and Only Certified Yoga for Scoliosis Teacher in Egypt.
She has tapped into the world of yoga since 2012, and has been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals.
Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with her students fills her with joy.
She’s very passionate about Yoga, as it helped her physically and emotionally.
She’s a Scoliosis warrior and understands the emotional and physical pain of living with Scoliosis. She found serenity & remedy in Yoga where it helped her to manage the pain and accepting the body as it is.
Throughout her journey, she believes that yoga is not only a physical exercise. Yoga is more than postures and stretching; it has a deeper meaning and spiritual aspects that has an effect on the mind and soul as well as the physical body.
She received her 200hr yoga certification in August 2019 from Thailand; where she was trained on anatomy, yoga philosophy and art of teaching. She received her Yoga for Scoliosis certificate in June 2020 from England.
She teaches Vinyasa and Hatha flow yoga styles.
She also offers special Yoga for Scoliosis workshops to help anyone with this condition to live an active and fulfilling life and to start their Yoga journey with a good understanding of what their bodies need to make the best out of their practice.
Her classes focus on breath and alignment to maintain the integrity of the spine and back; in each pose you take appropriate time to work on the correct alignment to avoid any injuries and bad patterns; Her classes are dynamic yet relaxing.
