  • The confidence to create your own sustainable home practice

By the end of the program, you'll feel more at ease in your bodyβ€”empowered, informed, and connected to your own strength.

 Why I Created This Program:

I’m Hend Wahsh, a certified yoga therapist living with scoliosis. I know firsthand how isolating and confusing this journey can be. That’s why I created this programβ€”to guide you in understanding your unique spine, finding safe and effective ways to move, and creating long-term alignment, both physically and emotionally.

After years of studying and researching therapeutic approaches, my goal is to offer you clear, compassionate guidance that truly works.

Disclaimer:

This program is designed to empower individuals with scoliosis through yoga-based tools for alignment, strength, and self-awareness. While many participants see meaningful improvements, outcomes vary based on personal commitment, consistency, and the nature of each curve.

This is not a replacement for medical treatment and may not be appropriate for severe cases or individuals with a history of spinal surgery. Our goal is not to β€œfix” the curve, but to help you manage it confidently, prevent further progression, and foster a healthier relationship with your body.
